My brother and his family moved to Pine Ridge Estates, a luxury community in Beverly Hills, Florida. The community is known for its spacious homes, large 1-plus acre homesites, lush landscaping, equestrian center, and over 40 miles of riding/walking trails throughout the community.

One of the things my brother loves about living in Pine Ridge Estates is the sense of privacy. Each of the home sites are situated on at least 1 acre of land and up to 5 acres. This gave each homeowner extra room and privacy knowing that new homes will not be built right on top of them.

The community also offers a wealth of activities for residents to enjoy. My brother and his family would often spend their weekends playing a round of golf, taking riding lessons at the equestrian center, or simply relaxing by the pool. The community also holds several social events throughout the year, such as tennis and pickleball, card games, bingo, exercise, gardening, holiday parties, and charity events, which allowed my brother to get to know her neighbors and feel more connected to the community.

Living in Pine Ridge Estates also offers practical benefits to raising a family or retiring. The community is conveniently located near the newly built YMCA, excellent schools, medical facilities, and shopping centers.  The homes in the community are also well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, and spaced apart so you are not living right on top of your neighbors.

Overall, my brother loves living in such a luxurious and exclusive community. The sense of security, the abundance of activities, and the practical benefits made Pine Ridge Estates the perfect place for his family to call home.
